On December 8, the 148 meter long, 7750 dwt car carrier Thames Highway allided with pilings at port of Bremerhaven, Germany.
The Thames Highway was being maneuvered by tugs when the vessel struck the pilings. The car carrier sustained a hull breach above the water line approximately 2x2 meters.
No reports of injuries, damage or pollution released.
