Holding OOS International Group B.V. (OOS International) confirmed Tuesday that it has signed a cooperation agreement with Forship Engenharia S/A (Forship), with the intention to establish a long-term strategic partnership to jointly pursue offshore maintenance projects mainly within the Brazilian region.

OOS International enters FPSO / Offshore maintenance market

OOS International and Forship have identified that their complementary areas of expertise may be combined to enable a more efficient way of delivering projects. Both parties wish to establish a collaborative working relationship, with the shared purpose to deliver a number of key prospects together for various clients.

Turnkey services can now be offered by combining Heavylift/ Floatel units with the FPSO maintenance expertise of Forship.
