World's largest RoRo vessels are the Mark V Class built for the Norwegian shipping company Wilhelmsen and its corporate associate Wallenius.

The four vessels of the class were built by Mitsubishi. Each of the vessels has a length of over 260 m, width over 32 m and draft of about 11 m. They were designed to ensure viable cargo shipment while considering the marine environment.

Each vessel has nine cargo decks, three of which can be adjusted and lifted by windlasses. The whole cargo area spreads over about five million cubic feet.

The first Mark V vessel, MV Tonsberg (IMO number 9515383 and MMSI 249904000 ), was launched in 2011.
