The first vessel of the two ordered 22 000 DWT product and chemical tankers for Donsötank Rederi AB was on August 21 keel layed.
The vessels’ design named FKAB T29, has LNG propulsion, Ice class 1A and prepared for 1000 kWh battery pack.
The hull, with its F-Bow design, is optimized to achieve maximum cargo intake, for low fuel consumption, designed for excellent performance in calm/ harsh weather conditions.
The vessels are built at Wuhu Shipyard Co. Ltd. based on FKAB design.
