The 1st Triple-E container ship of MAERSK Line and the largest vessel all over the world Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller, which was constructed at a South Korean shipyard, made its first port call to Vostochny Seaport on 6th of July, 2013, in order to perform bunkering and cargo handling.
The world's largest ship Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller was been successfully guided through the Nakhodka Bay by vessel operators of the Nakhodka Bay VTS of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Far-Eastern Branch. The vessel pilots of the Vostochny Branch in Nakhodka Bay conducted a professional pilotage of the world's largest ship Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller to the container terminal.
It is necessary to note that there're at most fifteen seaports capable to receive the new Triple-E ships. The container vessel Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller represents the 1st vessel in the line of twenty Triple-E vessels, which are going to be built.
