Dubai Maritime City LLC (DMC), the world-class mixed-use maritime cluster, informed for the future partnership with Mubarak Marine LLC. The 2 companies wil work together in the development of an industrial complex project for maritime services, shipbuilding and repairs. The complex will be headquarters, marine workshop and maintenance facility for Mubarak Marine.
The agreement is for overal promotion and future development of business relations and national and foreign investments of companies which are based in the City.
More and more local and international companies choose location close to Dubai and making maritime centres.
The Marine District of DMC will be the place for the project with 106 hectares for the pre-built industrial property, ship repair & building plots, yacht repair & manufacturing plots, retail units, offices and ship yard facilities and services.
DMC plans to develop the infrastructure and multi maritime facilities, to create new business opportunities and long term rapid growth.
