On the company’s first day of operation, president Yukihiro Tatara commented as follows: “Wing Maritime Service Corporation has mainly provided tugboat services and escort services in the Yokohama, Kawasaki, and Chiba areas. And Kaiyo Kogyo Corporation has provided tugboat services for steel companies, electric power companies, and shipyards in Tokyo Bay, as well as tugboat services outside the bay, escort boat services, and support services for marine resources development projects. To be able to properly respond to customers’ various needs more quickly, we will integrate the management resources of the two companies and use the talented employee base to make efforts for enhancements."
