South Sudan troops move back from Heglig oil field

South Sudan withdrawed its troops from the controversial oil town its forces took over last week, the president announced on April 20, pulling back from offensive military operation that pushed the south closer to all-out military conflict with its neighbor, Sudan.
The President Salva Kiir told the south still believes that the city of Heglig is a part of South Sudan. Kiir informed the he assumes its final status to be determined by international help.
