The Maersk Norwich found out carrying a dead whale on its bulb when the container vessel arrived at the port of Rotterdam before two days.
The Maersk company's container - Norwich is moored at the APMT terminal at Rotterdam Maasvlakte and the whale has been removed on Wednesday afternoon and has been transported to a place where a university institute has taken a part of the whale for survey.
It isn't known yet what has been the type of the dead whale and where the container has picked it up. The length of the whale is approximately 12 meters. The vessel is 120 meters long and is able to carry 2,600 TEU. The container vessel has departed from Santa Marta in Colombia and is operated by Maersk Line deployed in the Caribbean/Central America service.
