Arklow Breeze is the final vessel in a total of six that is to be delivered to the Irish Arklow Shipping company.
She is a general cargo vessel that is primarily going to be employed for the purposes of shipping wheat corn and other various bulk commodities in the waters of Europe. However, the 8, 600 DWT ‘bulbless’ ship is also suitable for transporting project cargoes due to she having an enhanced top deck, according to Arklow.
Arklow Breeze has a length of 199m, a width of 14.9m and a depth of 9.7. It is set to join its other five sister vessels – Arklow Beacon, Arklow Beach, Arklow Bay, Arklow Bank and Arklow Brave - later on next month.
