The other consent signed is going to give th eopportunity to ExxonMobil to join the new Arctic Research Center, that is going to provide a full scope of services to maintenance all stages of oil and gas development on the Arctic shelf, that include ice monitoring and management, design of ice resistant offshore ships, structures and Arctic pipelines, logistics and safety.
Safety standards are going to be a priority for the center, that is going to have its own particular naval accident alerting and prevention department concentrated on preventing and promptly responding to emergencies.
