Statoil has posted on YouTube a video that introduces the floating storage unit Heidrun B

In March the FSU left South Korea bound for Norway.

It will be permanently stationed for 30 years on the Heidrun field, Norwegian Sea, an area where the weather conditions are considered to be one of the worst in the world.

Heidrun B (IMO number 9678123 and MMSI 257804000) has a length of 250 m and a width of 46 m. The capacity of the 130,000- DWT FSU is 850,000 barrels of oil.
