Losing a mobile device at the airport

8,000 mobile devices were lost at airports. Pay attention to your iPhone the next time you are waiting for the plane.
New information shows that passengers in the last year left behind 8,016 mobile devices at 7 of the biggest airports in the USA.
Chicago O'Hare, Denver International, San Francisco International, Charlotte Douglas, Miami International, Orlando International, and Minneapolis/St. Paul.
Only 1 of those listed reported handing the lost devices over to the police.

Smartphones and tablets: 3,444 (43.0%)
USB drives: 996 (12.4%)
The most of the smartphone users do not have a password on their devices they risk to lose important data.
More interesting things:
Most mobile devices were lost at Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) checkpoints.
Other were lost at the restrooms.
Lost mobile devices were donated.
