Tour bus sponsored by Royal Caribbean crashes in St Maarten

Excursion sponsored by Royal Caribbean in St Martin ended in a crash. 36 passengers were scared by the accident last Thursday. Few people were injured and transported to the local hospital.
All happened because of a taxi driving in a steep hill. The bus driver tried to avoid the hit but was impossible.
The passengers from Freedom of the Seas were going to visit Loterie Farm. The vehicle was transporting them from Philipsburg, St Maarten to St. Martin.
According to information 6 people from the United States and the bus driver were injured according to announcement from Royal Caribbean. The injuries were not serious, with the worst being a broken wrist.
Guest care team members and a vessel doctor were with the injured people during their stay at the hospital. All passengers went back to the vessel the same day. The guest care team and onboard doctors continued to help injured people, including counseling, for those who asked for it.
