Cruise Liners' Terminal Scheduled for Gold Coast – Surfer’s Paradise

Australian enterpreneur Bob Ell is haveing a plan to make a new $200+ million cruise terminal in Gold Coast, Australia, known as Surfer’s Paradise, relating to local reports.
The new facility is going to consist of 3 berths, a number of hotels, casino, water park, surf club and yacht marina.
The local surfing society is less than happy about the proposed scheme and has spoken out in local media.
The Managing Director, Gavin Smith of Royal Caribbean’s Australian told in a statement that the cruise liner organization “might” back the new venture."We would research the potential for capital involvement in any investment shcemes," stated Smith, quoted in The Australian.
Previous experiences to build cruise facilities in Gold Coast haven't worked.
