Royal Caribbean Stated for new Promotion

Royal Caribbean Cruise Company, Ltd. announced that Michael Bayley has been popularized to President and CEO of Celebrity Cruises, replacing Dan Hanrahan, whose departure was newly stated. Bayley is going to report directly to Richard D. Fain, who is the Chairman and CEO of Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. Bayley has been with Royal Caribbean for more than thirty years, most recently as Executive Vice President of Operations. Befor taking this role in the company, Bayley served as Executive Vice President — International, where he oversaw the international expansion for the Royal Caribbean.
“In his role as Executive Vice President — International, Michael safely spearheaded our aggressive expansion efforts into and high-growth markets, and lately has overseen all Operations for the international cruise company Royal Caribbean International,” told Fain. “Fortunately, Celebrity has a very strong management team to handle on and I am delighted that Michael is going to bring his vision, passion and drive to bear on the continued growth of famous important brand.”
In a related action, Lisa Lutoff-Perlo is going to be promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations for the cruise company Royal Caribbean International, informing to Adam Goldstein, President and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Caribbean International. Lutoff-Perlo is a 27 year veteran of the Royal Caribbean that has served in a diversity of roles with both Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean International. Most recently, Lutoff-Perlo has served as Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations for Celebrity Cruises. In that role, she oversaw all operations in the hotel of this brand, which also includes the highly successful introduction of the Solstice-class of vessels. Before to her tour of duty with Celebrity Cruises, Lutoff-Perlo was in charge of Product Marketing and Strategic Alliances for the international cruise company Royal Caribbean. In the past, she has also served and the both brands in a diversity of increasingly senior sales roles.
