Russell Crowe saved by US Coast Guard

By Curious

The famous actor Russell Crowe was forced to hail down the U.S. Coast Guard some days ago after almost drifting out to sea while kayaking off the coast of Long Island.
The US Coast Guard informs that a rescue boat from Coast Guard Station Eaton’s Necks in N.Y. was on regular tour in Huntington Bay when they were called for help by Crowe and his companion around 10 p.m. after the 2 had lost their way while kayaking.
Sea conditions suddenly became worse, that made the 2 a bit further from shore than both had wanted. The 2 friends were rescued by the Coast Guard boat crew and taken to Huntington Harbor.
