Building of ESL Shipping’s LNG-powered bulk carriers proceeds on time at Jinling Shipyard in Nanjing. The shape of the first vessel is already visible as most of the blocks are already in their final place. The main engine was successfully tested in manufacturer’s factory in April and it has already been transported to the shipyard to wait the installation.
Hull assembly of the second vessel proceeds well according to the schedule in an assembly site next to the first vessel.
The naming ceremony of the first vessel will be held at the shipyard in Nanjing on June 28th and she will start operating in the Baltic Sea during the first half of 2018.
