Starting from May this year, Dongbang Transport Logistics Co., Ltd. (DTL hereunder), a company
who leads a heavy cargo transportation business in S.Korea, has started to carry out its very first sea-
transportation for equipment for Tengizchevroil LLP’s (TCO) FGP-WPMP Project in Kazakhstan. DTL
signed a contract with COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers Co., Ltd. (COSCO hereunder) in June 2017
to transport modules fabricated in Korea and Italy to Finland and Bulgaria (TSBs hereunder).

After signing a main contract with TCO for providing various logistics services to TCO FGP-
WPMP, COSCO signed the portion of the sea-transportation contract with DTL on 28 June 2017. DTL
sub-contracted some of its allocated voyages to 5 Korean/Japanese SPV (Self-Propelled Vessel)
operators (called “KG” – Korea Group consisted of DTL, Hanjin Transportation, Chung Yang Shipping,
CJ Korea Expresss and NYK Group) in order to digest all voyages in required timelines. As a leader of
KG, DTL is confident it will bring excellent services/performances to the Project for the success of the
Project with its well-established knowledge of and experiences in the heavy cargo transportation
business.

DTL, a very first company in logistics industry who put its foot on the heavy cargo
transportation business in Korea from 1982 and who has been leading the market since then,
decided to start SPV business (a first company introducing the SPV in Korea) from 2006 with its first
SPV (namely M/V Dongbang Giant No. 1) and has expanded its business dramatically over the years
currently possessing 6 SPVs -In June this year, DTL purchased another SPV expanding its capacity of
carrying out its heavy cargo transportation business while securing its market position on top- in its
own fleet Being recognized for its performances and experiences, DTL has continuously secured
businesses in the heavy cargo transportation from Korean/global EPC companies such as Hyundai
Heavy Industry, Bechtel, KBR and etc. As a recognition, in 2014, Bechtel (US-based EPC company)
even nominated DTL as an outstanding contractor for its continuous effort of being efficient and
cooperative shown to the Project.

With the successful performance in the TCO Project, DTL hopes to enhance its global status as a
major heavy cargo shipping company and to actively expand its global network via its UK branch
office (established last year).
