The American private company Juliet Marine Systems (JMS) has developed a multi-use stealth ship, which is a combination of stealth fighter aircraft and attack helicopter technologies. The ship has been designed to combat naval swarm attacks of fast enemy boats, waterborne improvised explosives and piracy.

The project of the supercaviting very high-speed stealth, together with other JMS developments, give innovative solutions for naval and commercial use. The company seeks opportunities for technological developments to ensure fleet force protection, when U.S. Navy or coalition ships are attacked by small terrorist vessels. The danger of such tactics against U.S. Navy at American ports and others all around the world, according to JMS, is still obvious and present. In this connection, the company believes JMS developments will provide a serious decrease in transit time and an energy efficiency growth will be accomplished, which will save thousands of gallons of fuel per day.

JMS think tank systems provides ISR, offensive and defensive solutions, developed in a skunkworks operation, which allows rapidly invent and construct needed technologies and systems, for U.S. Navy and armed forces.

Juliet Marine systems has already finished the development of a surface model of a super-cavitating craft and they are in preparation for applying the unique technology in the Unmanned Undersea Vehicle (UUV) prototype.

The hydrodynamics of the twin underwater buoyant tubular foils are also a test bed for the next planned prototype of JMS.

This innovative technology vessel platform will assure the protection of the Navy forces through stealth fighter/attack capabilities. Creating a protective fleet perimeter, these type of vessels will provide sensor and weapons platforms, which will not allow subsurface or surface attacks and the design will give ability for tracking and identification of multiple targets. The systems for the included weapons on board will be designed to operate at very high speed, with various weapons' system options and with the ability of multiple target firing.

Similar to the helicopter capabilities to reach locations fast, the surface vessel in commercial applications will be valuable in the maritime environment.

In use for crew rotations and re-supplies for critical items to offshore oil rigs, the transfer can be done for two to three times faster, compared to the currently in use methods, and much more cheaper as well. The JMS surface vessel has less weather restrictions than using helicopter assets and it is as fast as most ferryboats in present-day.
