Scorpio Bulkers Inc. (NYSE:SALT) (Scorpio Bulkers) announced today that it has entered into a time charter-out agreement with an unaffiliated third party for SBI Libra, one of its Ultramax drybulk carriers, for a period of between five and seven months at a rate of $15,250 per day.
