MSC Group has welcomed its new giant, the 171,598-ton MSC Meraviglia Cruise Ship, during the Christening event on 3rd June in Le Havre. The event featured entertainment from acclaimed performers in the company of numerous international stars, authorities and global media.
MSC Godmother Sophia Loren has sliced the blue ribbon to celebrate the event among 2000 invited guests. The well-known French artist and actor Patrick Bruel, followed by French pop group Kids United has introduced the evening. Later on, Gad Elmaleh, a famous comedian, put the fire on stage before welcoming a fusillade of fireworks though Le Havre.
