Ten children and one woman were reportedly injured when a tugboat collided with a passenger vessel Friday (Dec 4) at the port of Mar del Plata in Argentina.
The entire incident was captured on cell phone video by a passenger, showing the 32-meter tug Cuarteador appear from behind another vessel before smashing its port side. The small passenger vessel was sailing with children aboard who were on an excursion organised by a local school.
