The Gener8 Nautilus represents the ninth of 21 "ECO" VLCCs expected to be delivered into Gener8 Maritime's fleet. Upon delivery, the Gener8 Nautilus entered Navig8's VL8 Pool.

As of April 25, 2016, Gener8 Maritime has a fleet of 45 wholly-owned vessels on a fully-delivered basis. Gener8's fleet is comprised of 12 VLCC newbuildings and 33 vessels on the water consisting of 16 VLCCs, 11 Suezmaxes, four Aframaxes, and two Panamax tankers, with a total carrying capacity of approximately 10.8 million deadweight tons ("DWT"), and average age on a DWT basis of less than 6 years on a fully-delivered basis. Gener8 Maritime is incorporated under the laws of the Marshall Islands and headquartered in New York.
