For every wind project ESVAGT can provide a SOV solution, purpose-designed to customer requirements; no matter if the SOV should operate in a single wind farm or serve as service operation vessel in a cluster setup. According to customer needs and wishes the vessel can be equipped with Safe Transfer Boats in various sizes, walk-to-work gangway, helipad, cranes above and below deck, ROVs, spare parts storage, workshops, single- or double cabins for technicians, etc.

In 2010, ESVAGT brought the dedicated offshore wind Service Operation Vessels (SOV) to the market. The SOVs provide accommodation for technicians, spare time facilities, offices and conference room, storage for small turbine parts, workshops, etc. The SOV offers flexible personnel and equipment transfer capabilities by either Walk-to-Work gangway system or Safe Transfer Boats.
