On April 7, CSSC Chengxi Shipyard signed construction contracts with CITIC Financial Leasing and Japan's KUMIAI for ten 84,500 dwt multi-purpose ships and one 17,000 dwt asphaltum ship.
So far, CSSC Chengxi has fully exceeded the annual shipbuilding operation order-receiving task in just over 3 months.
The 84,500 dwt multi-purpose ship signed by CSSC Chengxi this time has strong adaptability and high loading efficiency and can transport pulp, containers, new energy vehicles and other cargoes.
At the same time, this ship type has excellent environmental protection performance, which can meet EEDI PHASE III and is 50% lower than the baseline.
