Safe Bulkers, Inc. (NYSE: SB), an international provider of marine drybulk transportation services, announced today that it has entered into an agreement for the sale of MV Maritsa, a 2005 Japanese-built, Panamax class, dry-bulk vessel, the oldest vessel in its fleet, at a gross sale price of $12.2 million and a forward delivery date from April 2024 to May 2024.
