Northern Supply AS, where S.D. Standard Drilling Plc. has indirect ownership of 28.1%, has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to sell the two medium-size Platform Supply Vessels (PSV's) FS Carrick and FS Aberdour, for USD 6.6 million on an enbloc basis.
Northern Supply AS, has agreed to sell (the Transaction) 2 UT 755 LN PSV vessels, FS Carrick and FS Aberdour , for enbloc USD 6.6 million.
The Vessels are medium size PSV's, built at Aker Aukra, Norway 2009, with 680m2 deck space. Northern Supply AS has received 10% deposit of the purchase price.
The Transaction is expected to be completed within 15 February 2021.
Following the sale, S.D Standard Drilling Plc will have ownership, directly and indirectly, in a fleet of 10 PSVs ; 4 large PSVs 100% owned and 6 medium-sized PSVs with 28,1% ownership interest.
Neither Standard Drilling Plc nor Northern Supply AS have any interest bearing debt.
