Scorpio Bulkers Inc. (NYSE:SALT) (Scorpio Bulkers) announced yesterday that it has entered into a time charter-out agreement with an unaffiliated third party for SBI Hera, one of its Ultramax drybulk carriers, for a period of between four and six months at a rate of $14,850 per day.
