On 31 May, AET successfully took delivery of its newest Dynamic Positioning Shuttle Tanker (DPST) Eagle Cambe from Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI).
Eagle Cambe is the second of a series of three vessels to be delivered to AET which are purpose-built for long-term charter to Petrobras.
With this newest DPST, AET has now grown Company’s DPST fleet to 16.
Eagle Cambe will join her sister Eagle Colatina, which was delivered earlier in March, and operate in the Brazilian Basin at the highest operational environment standards.
“Thank you to our colleagues from AET and Eaglestar as well as SHI, Petrobras, DNV and all vendors and partners involved in the safe construction and delivery of Eagle Cambe, as we continue to contribute to a more sustainable maritime ecosystem.
Wishing Eagle Cambe and her crew bon voyage and smooth operations always!” - AET
