DOF Group recently announced that they have secured a new three-year firm contract for their Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessel, Skandi Vega, with Equinor Energy AS, the current charterer.
The contract also includes two one-year options, and it is expected to start right after the expiration of the current contract.
Skandi Vega is recognized as one of the world's largest AHTS vessels and has been providing services to Equinor since its delivery in 2010. DOF is delighted to continue the long-term partnership with Equinor and the new contract is a proof of the value the vessel and its crew brings to this partnership.
