Malaysian offshore marine support services firm Perdana Petroleum has been awarded a charter contract by compatriot RMS Synergy for one of its anchor-handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels.
The company’s subsidiary Perdana Nautika will provide the unnamed vessel with crews and equipment to carry out 24-hour services for assisting offshore projects.
The contract, worth around $1m has already started and will last for up to 60 days, the company, which lists eight AHTS units on its website, said in the Bursa Malaysia filing.
