The first shipment from the new Pipavav RoRo Terminal has been loaded onto the Grand Dahlia.

The NYK’s car carrier took the first consignment, which comprises 1,380 new Figo Aspire vehicles produced at a plant of Ford India, yesterday (August 26).
The construction of the terminal was initiated by NYK Auto Logistics Pvt. Ltd, India, in July last year and it became fully operational this month.
Having been equipped with a PDI centre for processing vehicles, the Pipavav terminal facility has a throughput capacity of 250,000 vehicles per year.
The terminal is jointly operated by NYK Auto Logistics and Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd, APM terminals' subsidiary.
