Peru’s natural gas liquefaction and export facility at Pampa Melchorita shipped another cargo to Spain over the weekend.
The cargo was loaded aboard the 135,072-cbm LNG carrier Gallina on November 26 and dispatched to Spain, although data from the state-owned Perupetro has not confirmed the exact destination of the vessel.

Gallina's cargo was the sixth shipment dispatched from the facility during the month of November, the data shows.
All cargoes loaded during the month, except the Solaris LNG were dispatched to Spain.
With the latest cargo, Peru’s LNG export facility shipped 367 vessels in total, since it started operations in June 2010.
The 4.45 million tons per year gas liquefaction plant is located 170 kilometers south of Lima and receives gas via a 408-kilometer pipeline built across the Andes.
